As a former competitive athlete & marathoner for many years,...,

I learned about both the mental and physical benefits of consistent movement and pushing my body incrementally beyond my comfort zone in order to see results . While I loved the challenge, the frequent injuries led me to a profound shift. I immersed myself in strength training, discovering how integrating other modalities such as mobility, pilates, and targeted cardio and plyometrics could create resilience and real results – without the setbacks. I did this all with no gym and simple equipment out of my home. This approach has defined my own injury-free fitness journey well into my 50s, feeling stronger and in better shape physically than ever before.

Leveraging certifications in personal training, running coaching, and a specialization in women's health and nutrition, my focus now is on strength training with a holistic, adaptable path. I believe unequivocally that strength training has huge benefits for every woman, regardless of age, physical fitness level or experience. Some of the many benefits include, combats age-related muscle and bone loss, boosts metabolism & creates better body composition and weight loss, balances hormones & supports menopause health, boosts energy, mood & mental health to name just a few.

I'm particularly drawn to helping women, whether you're taking their first strength training steps or refining your practice, or wanting to incorporate it into other sports you already enjoy for injury prevention.
